This game is pretty shoddy in quality, though I wouldn't expect anything too good from a game made in Scratch. Despite that, I'm surprised at how much you could put into a fangame such as this.
The controls are a bit wonky; for starters, when I go in Focus Mode, I can only move up and to the right, but I cannot go down and to the left.
The graphics are quite bad, not gonna lie. The colors are too vivid, almost like the brightness of the PC-98 graphics. The sprites are quite shoddy for those that aren't Sanae, Alice, or Reimu. The bullets may look a bit nice, I've to admit, but sometimes they just hurt my eyes.
The music started out kinda bad as well, but I was starting to like it just a bit when Stage 6 came around. Otherwise, it didn't feel... Touhou-like to me?
The story's kinda solid, I suppose. Despite everything, I feel like the story could be the saving grace of this game.
All in all, it's... pretty mediocre, but there's some potential in it if it was done in a different engine, with better graphics and spritework, and with better music in mind. Kudos to making this in Scratch, anyways; I was able to get up to the Stage 6 boss fight.
